YourBillIsLying is an educational tool designed to help you understand your medical bills by comparing charges against publicly available Medicare benchmark rates.

This service does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. Nothing in our analysis, reports, or generated letters should be construed as professional advice of any kind. Always consult a qualified professional (attorney, financial advisor, medical billing advocate) before taking action based on our findings.

We make no guarantee that engaging your provider will result in reduced charges or successful disputes.

No Guarantee of Savings

Analysis results are based on Medicare Physician Fee Schedule data and similar publicly available benchmarks. Individual provider contracts, insurance agreements, and billing practices vary widely. We do not guarantee that any specific action will result in a refund, reduction, or adjustment to your bill. Results are informational only.

Your Responsibility

By using this service, you agree to:

• Verify all findings with your healthcare provider before disputing any charges.
• Use any generated letters as a starting point — review and customize them before sending.
• Ensure that bills you upload belong to you or someone you are legally authorized to represent.
• Not use this service for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.

Service Description & Pricing

• Free plan: Limited bill scans per month with basic analysis.
• Fighter plan: $4.99/month after a 14-day free trial. Includes unlimited scans and AI-generated negotiation letter templates.
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Free Trial & Cancellation

• The Fighter plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.
• You may cancel at any time — there is no cancellation fee or penalty.
• If you cancel during your trial, you will not be charged.
• If you cancel after your trial, your Fighter plan access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact help@yourbillislying.com for billing issues.

Data Retention

• Original bill images are automatically deleted 30 days after upload.
• Analysis results (line items, totals, findings) may be retained in your account history until you delete your account.
• You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourBillIsLying and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to disputes with healthcare providers, billing errors not identified by our analysis, or reliance on our generated letters.
